Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing new leads through inbound lead follow-up and identifying business opportunities within the existing customer base
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone or email
  • Processing orders from customers using our ERP system
  • Preparing offers for customers and following up afterwards
  • Staying up-to-date with new product and feature launches
Requirements
  • Proven work experience in sales with a focus on B2B sales
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Customer-oriented mentality with excellent communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with ERP or CRM systems
  • Multitasking skills, eager to take on varied tasks
