Sales Development Representative

Weighing-Net Ltd is a B2B online shop dedicated to professional weighing in the industrial and logistics sector. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by sourcing new sales opportunities and building relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing new leads through inbound lead follow-up and identifying business opportunities within the existing customer base
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone or email
- Processing orders from customers using our ERP system
- Preparing offers for customers and following up afterwards
- Staying up-to-date with new product and feature launches
- Proven work experience in sales with a focus on B2B sales
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Customer-oriented mentality with excellent communication skills
- Hands-on experience with ERP or CRM systems
- Multitasking skills, eager to take on varied tasks
- Permanent full-time employment contract
- International team working remotely
