About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Automotive Production Manager at Arnold Clark. This role involves managing and coaching a team of vehicle technicians and apprentices, ensuring high productivity and exceptional repair quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and motivating the team to achieve targets and business objectives
  • Maintaining a safe and professional workshop environment
  • Collaborating with the Service Manager to drive business growth

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous motor industry experience, preferably in a management position
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, dependent on experience
  • Additional performance-based bonuses up to £9,000 every three years
  • All overtime paid at time and a half
  • 33 days annual leave
  • Training provided to become an EV-accredited Technician

Working Hours

You will work Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5:30pm, Friday from 8am to 4:30pm, and alternate Saturdays from 8am to 12pm.
