About the Role

As a Workshop Controller at Arnold Clark, you will work closely with the Service Manager to achieve high levels of productivity and deliver an excellent standard of first-time repairs. This involves maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workshop environment.

Day-to-Day Duties

  • Manage and coach a team of vehicle technicians and apprentices to meet targets and business objectives.">
  • Ensure all servicing work is carried out correctly, competently, and on time, prioritizing customer satisfaction.">
  • Maintain adherence to company, DVSA, health and safety, and manufacturer policies.">
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to provide a seamless service for customers.">
