Senior Compliance Manager

At Together, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Manager to join our team. As a Senior Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization operates in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide independent second-line of defense compliance and conduct oversight to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Support the first line in understanding and implementing regulatory requirements, terminology, methods, and tools.
- Contribute to the development of the compliance advisory function and provide regulatory and conduct risk opinions on complex projects.
- Oversee regulatory change management to deliver the right customer and operational outcomes.
- Significant working knowledge of regulatory handbooks and associated guides and codes.
- Experience of the Senior Manager and Certification Regime.
- A detailed understanding of regulatory permissions and practical authorisation processes.
- Ability to understand, interpret, and apply regulatory standards to internal governance arrangements.
- Previous experience in a senior compliance role.
