Senior Compliance Manager

At Together Financial Services Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Manager (Advisory) to join our Group Compliance Function. As a key member of our team, you will provide independent second-line of defence compliance and conduct oversight, support, and guidance to ensure that regulatory requirements are fully understood and met.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide advice and support to the first line, operating within the Compliance Advisory framework, to ensure that both current and future activity of the company is customer-centric and complies with regulatory obligations.
- Ensure that conduct and regulatory risks are appropriately evaluated and escalated to deliver the right customer and operational outcomes.
- Support the Group Head of Compliance in contributing to the continuous improvement and development of the compliance advisory function.
- Oversee regulatory change management to deliver the right customer and operational outcomes first time with appropriate systems and controls.
- Provide regulatory and conduct risk opinion on highly complex regulatory and discretionary change projects and programmes.
- Significant working knowledge of the regulatory handbooks and associated guides and codes relevant to Together.
- Experience of the Senior Manager and Certification Regime.
- A detailed understanding of regulatory permissions and practical authorisation processes.
- Ability to understand, interpret, and apply regulatory standards to internal governance arrangements.
- Previous experience in a senior compliance role.
- A natural appetite and inquisitive mind for horizon-scanning.
