Mentorship Coach for Young People

We are seeking a motivated Mentorship Coach for Young People to join our team at Abbey School.
The successful candidate will work one-to-one with pupils who require additional support, helping them to build confidence, develop social skills, and achieve their academic potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver personalized mentorship programs to support pupils with special educational needs.
- Build relationships with pupils, parents, and carers to ensure seamless support.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to identify areas of need and develop targeted interventions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of mentorship programs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant experience or qualifications in mentoring, coaching, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people with special educational needs.
Salary: £30,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
