Community Nurse Opportunities in Surrey Downs Health & Care

As a community nurse, you will be part of a dynamic team that works closely with GP practices, community hospitals, and specialist services to provide comprehensive care to patients. You will be responsible for assessing, delivering, and evaluating quality care to patients in their communities.
