About Us

Pinsent Masons is a leading international law firm with a strong presence in the UK property market. Our Property Development and Investment Team is a key part of our Real Estate Group, advising clients on a wide range of property development and investment projects.

The Role

We are seeking a 3-6 years PQE property lawyer to join our team in Birmingham or Manchester. The ideal candidate will have experience of advising developers and landowners on the procurement of development of their land, ideally large-scale, complex mixed-use or residential-led development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on the planning strategy for large-scale development projects
  • Assisting with the negotiation of development agreements and master development agreements
  • Providing advice on the property components of new corporate joint ventures
  • Working with colleagues to deliver complex development projects

About the Team

Our Property Development and Investment Team is a highly experienced and skilled team of lawyers who work closely with clients to deliver their property development and investment projects. We have a strong track record of advising clients on high-profile development projects and have a deep understanding of the UK property market.
