About the Role

We are seeking a 3-6 years PQE property lawyer to join our Property Development & Investment Team in Birmingham or Manchester. The ideal candidate will have experience of advising developers/landowners procuring development of their land, ideally large-scale, complex mixed-use or residential led development.

About the Team

Our Property Development & Investment Team advises clients across the whole spectrum of their real estate requirements, covering acquisition, development, funding, investment, and asset management. We have a strong focus on major logistics and manufacturing projects, alternative asset classes, private sector residential development, public sector led development opportunities, and new business park developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising developers/landowners on the procurement of development of their land
  • Assisting in the delivery of large-scale, complex mixed-use or residential led development projects
  • Working with colleagues across our UK offices to provide an all-round service on complex and high-value deals
  • Developing and managing on-going relationships with existing clients and helping to win and grow new opportunities
About the Person

We are looking for a lawyer with excellent academics, technically accomplished, with sound commercial judgment. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, able to work with clients to understand their project and help them find the best way to deliver it. They will also be a proven team player, able to forge strong working relationships with colleagues in an agile environment.
