The Role:

We are seeking a 3-6 years PQE property lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience of advising developers/landowners on the procurement of development of their land, ideally large-scale, complex mixed-use or residential led development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on the planning strategy for major development projects
  • Assisting with the negotiation of development agreements and master development agreements
  • Providing advice on the property components of new corporate joint ventures
  • Working with colleagues to deliver complex development projects

About You:

We are looking for a lawyer who is a problem solver, able to work with clients to understand their project and help them find the best way to deliver it. You will have excellent academics, technically accomplished, with sound commercial judgment. You will also have the interpersonal skills necessary for developing and managing on-going relationships with an existing client base.
