Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic procurement plans to drive growth, efficiency, and cost savings.
  • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and ensuring that all procurement activities are integrated into site plans.
  • Representing Global Procurement on local level in audits and other site visits, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and executing action plans to resolve issues.
  • Leading negotiations for strategic and business-critical projects after alignment with relevant procurement functions, identifying risk areas and developing action plans to mitigate them.
  • Optimizing internal stakeholder satisfaction and local supplier relationships by consulting the Procurement Operations team on improvement/action plans.
  • Contributing to Procurement Excellence by providing feedback to improve system efficiency and standardization, enhancing the Source-to-Pay process and insights on KPIs setting/analytical reporting development needs.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree with an emphasis on business, economics, finance, procurement, data, or a comparable professional education or equivalent within a relevant field.
  • Work experience in a similar role in a procurement environment.
  • Ability to work independently, driving projects and working towards multiple stakeholders in a high-pace matrix organization.
  • Experience in PowerBI or SAP Analytics Cloud is desirable.
  • Business fluent in English language.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
