We are recruiting a consultative and strategic Business Growth Strategist to join our sales team and cross/sell our cloud optimised pensions management software into private and public sector customers.

The role involves developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue across both sectors.

This includes identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating deals.

You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and creatively.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing, is required. Relevant experience in sales or business development is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
