Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Account Director to join our team in the Nordics region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the Nordics region
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through consultative sales and account management
  • Collaborate with our customer success team to deliver value to our clients and drive customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the cybersecurity industry, preferably with a focus on bug bounty programs
  • Strong consultative sales skills and ability to build relationships with C-level executives
  • Knowledge of the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Fluency in Swedish or Finnish is required
