Cybersecurity Account Director

At YesWeHack, we're on a mission to make the world a safer place by stopping cyber attack breaches. As a Cybersecurity Account Director, you'll play a key role in our global Ethical Hackers' Network (70k+).
We're a disruptive approach to Cyber Security through Bug Bounty programs, connecting Ethical Hackers worldwide with organizations to secure their exposed scopes the agile way.
We've raised a total of £39M through 3 series of fund raising to fuel our growth ambitions. As a Scaleup, we're expanding into the Nordics Markets and strengthening our teams with passionate sales consultants.
You'll report to Sam, our European Sales Manager based in London, and be in charge of developing a new clients portfolio, in line with our global growth strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Approach your client base with a consultative sales methodology
- Evangelize your prospects, generate new business through inbound and outbound opportunities, and close new customers in Europe through high level, value focused conversations
- Act as a trusted advisor to your customers and help them scaling bug bounty model internally to grow your relationships, in coordination with our customer success team
- Manage your own territory as if it were your own business
- Participate in events across the Nordics Region
- Ensure strong reporting, pipelining and forecasting
We're looking for a proven consultative sales experience in high technology (ideally Saas) with the ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior-level relationships within organizations of various sizes and industries.
You should have knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close, and use sales as a teaching opportunity to create value and challenge the customer to think differently.
A team player with the ability to work independently, you should be teachable and embracing of best practices and feedback as a means of continuous improvement.
Fluency in Swedish or Finish is required.
