We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Account Director to join our team at YesWeHack. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the Nordics region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the Nordics region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior-level executives within organizations of various sizes and industries
  • Prospect and manage new business opportunities, and close new customers through high-level, value-focused conversations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them scale their bug bounty model internally and grow their relationships with our customer success team
  • Manage your own territory as if it were your own business, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expansion
  • Participate in events across the Nordics region to build relationships and drive business growth
  • Ensure strong reporting, pipelining, and forecasting to drive business performance
Requirements
  • Proven consultative sales experience in high technology (ideally SaaS)
  • Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior-level relationships within organizations of various sizes and industries
  • Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close
  • Use sales as a teaching opportunity to create value and challenge the customer to think differently
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Teachable and embracing of best practices and feedback as a means of continuous improvement
  • Fluency in Swedish or Finnish is required
