About the Role:

Cape Associates, Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead project development and management from start to finish. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with team members, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Manage project finances, including tracking expenses, generating invoices, and negotiating contracts.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a commercial general contractor.
  • Strong understanding of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Salary and Benefits:

  • $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
