Main Responsibilities- Provide professional leadership to our medical workforce, offering coaching, guidance, and mentoring.
- Lead the delivery of workforce plans for medical staff, including succession planning for senior clinical leadership roles.
- Develop relationships with partners in the community and health and social care system, including the Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care System, GPs, health organizations, interest groups, and patient reference groups.
- Promote an organizational culture committed to learning and working together to deliver our vision and strategic objectives.
- Chair the Clinical Safety and Effectiveness Sub-Board and Mental and Complex Health Board.
