About the Role

Hydro International is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring safe, timely, and quality delivery. You will also be responsible for managing and developing existing client relationships, as well as identifying opportunities with cross-selling potential throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring safe, timely, and quality delivery
  • Manage and develop existing client relationships
  • Identify opportunities with cross-selling potential throughout the business
  • Prepare bids and proposals to achieve business targets
  • Manage business development initiatives
  • Use our CRM system to manage opportunities
  • Attend industry events (seminars/conferences/exhibitions)
  • Support preparation of marketing materials for exhibitions/events and social media
  • Perform other tasks to support business objectives as required

Requirements

  • A proven track record in a project management role, or similar relevant experience
  • A Degree in a relevant subject, or similar relevant experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience in a project management or consultancy role
  • Experience in business development and project delivery in the water industry and/or for local government
  • Excellent report and proposal writing ability and experience in preparing proposals for technical professional services
  • Proven track record in successful project management and delivery of consultancy or monitoring projects in the water industry to safety, quality, programme, cost, or similar relevant experience
  • A full clean Driving Licence
  • Chartered or working towards chartership with relevant professional body, or working towards chartership
