Role Overview

ERM is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Digital Services team as a Partner, focusing on SAP Sustainability, Product Compliance, and EHSM solutions sales, client account development, and project execution. This key role will drive the growth of our Digital Services offerings in the European market, leveraging our global SAP EHS&S practice leadership team to set growth strategy and direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business and action plans to expand ERM's Digital Services business and client base in the European market.
  • Work closely with the global SAP EHS&S practice leadership team to enhance market presence, thought leadership, and sales and revenue goals.
  • Personally win new Digital Services engagements annually, developing and managing strategic SAP EHS&S programs for clients with complex technical/regulatory issues.
  • Lead, manage performance, inspire, and mentor personnel for overall success of the team.
  • Develop a working understanding of ERM's other consulting service areas and actively support cross-selling these services to existing clients.
Requirements
  • BS/MS in a technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related program.
  • 15+ years of relevant consulting experience working with significant clients on SAP EHS&S programs.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business growth strategies, leveraging the SAP EHS&S solution suite and related adjacencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and book personal sales in new Digital Systems consulting services within the EHSM domains.
  • Recognized technical expertise and established reputation in the local marketplace.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
