Learning and Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team at Health Case Management Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all training offerings to support the growth and development of our employees.
  • Track outcomes of learning to ensure the effectiveness of our training programs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training content.
  • Develop and implement training strategies to meet the needs of our organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in learning and development coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in training delivery and facilitation.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £24,000 - £27,000 depending on experience.
  • A hybrid working arrangement with opportunities for remote work.
  • A permanent, full-time position with a 37.5 hour workweek.
