About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at NSR Associates. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate tender submissions, ensuring all components are accurately prepared and integrated.
  • Manage both pricing and technical aspects of tenders.
  • Present bids with confidence and commercial insight.
  • Protect and enhance bid submissions through technical expertise.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in pricing, with significant exposure as a Lead Estimator or Principal Estimator.
  • Demonstrated ability to present bids confidently with commercial awareness.
  • Strong technical skills to safeguard and improve bid submissions.
