We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-focused care to individuals with mental health and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with mental health and learning disabilities
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Contribute to the development of best practice and quality improvement initiatives
  • Participate in leadership and management development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Active NMC PIN with 12 months' post-qualifying experience
  • Clinical experience in mental health and learning disability nursing
  • Positive and committed to change, improvement, and quality
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
