About the Role

The Role: Mobile Field Agent

Sector: Debt Recovery

Area: Debt Collection

Salary: £31,000 - £34,000 OTE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Agent to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd. As a Field Agent, you will be responsible for negotiating payment arrangements with customers in arrears with their Gas/Electricity bills, carrying out PDV/Warrant Visits, and completing Meter Readings.

About the Company

Our client is a leading debt recovery agency in the UK, known for their excellent pay and benefits package, long-term job security, and future career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate payment arrangements with customers in arrears
  • Carry out PDV/Warrant Visits
  • Complete Meter Readings
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Meet sales targets and exceed performance expectations

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving License
  • Full-time use of a car or van
  • Business use vehicle Insurance
  • Available to work 7.5 hours per day between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday
  • Available to work between 9am and 4pm Saturday (occasionally)
  • Excellent standard of spoken English

What We Offer:

  • £25,200 basic starting salary (paid monthly)
  • £3,600 per annum car allowance (paid monthly)
  • £30,000+ earning potential via Bonus Scheme
