Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Project Manager to join our team at Boskalis. As a key member of our environmental commercial team, you will be responsible for leading projects to deliver high-quality environmental services while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of environmental services.
  • Assess, prepare, and submit tenders for environmental projects, including critical review of project materials.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers to develop their skills and experience.
  • Review and execute contracts according to our Quality Assurance System, including risk management, budget control, and client liaison.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to build effective client relationships and promote business development.

Requirements

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge and understanding of environmental baseline surveys and habitat assessments, with project management experience preferred.
  • Experience in a similar or related role, including team-based leadership.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to lead and deliver projects in all key business areas from implementation to completion.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management, commercial, strategic, and/or financial roles, preferably in a marine/survey industry.
