About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Environmental Project Manager to join our team at Boskalis. As a key member of our environmental commercial team, you will be responsible for leading teams to deliver high-quality environmental projects within specific time and cost constraints.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental baseline surveys and habitat assessments, with experience in project management and team leadership. You will be responsible for formulating tender responses, coordinating with internal departments and third-party suppliers, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

As a Senior Environmental Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and managing projects to ensure financial, contractual, and other obligations are met.
  • Assessing, preparing, and submitting tenders, and reviewing project material prepared by team members.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members to develop their skills and experience.
  • Reviewing and executing contracts, managing risk, and controlling budgets.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and other group companies.
