About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our environmental projects and teams. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects within specific time and cost constraints.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental project management, with experience in leading teams and managing projects from implementation to completion. You will be responsible for formulating tender responses, coordinating with internal departments and third-party suppliers, and ensuring that all financial, contractual, and other obligations are met.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior team members, providing guidance and support in developing their skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage environmental projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Formulate tender responses and coordinate with internal departments and third-party suppliers.
  • Manage and coordinate project teams, ensuring that all financial, contractual, and other obligations are met.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing guidance and support in developing their skills and experience.
  • Develop and implement effective noise monitoring and mitigation strategies to protect marine species.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar or related role, with a strong background in environmental project management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal departments and third-party suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Knowledge and understanding of marine mammal mitigation and noise monitoring.
