Senior Project Manager - Environmental

The Gardline Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead environmental projects and teams within specific time and cost constraints. This role requires a strong understanding of marine mammal mitigation and noise monitoring, as well as experience in team-based leadership and project delivery.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate and manage projects to ensure financial, contractual, and other obligations are met in accordance with the agreed terms of reference and Companies HSSE standards.
  • Assess, prepare, and submit tenders, and review project material prepared by Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager.
  • Mentor Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager, providing guidance and support in developing skills and experience.
  • Contract review, execution, and management according to the Quality Assurance System, including risk management, budget control, performance review, and client liaison.
  • Liaise with other GMSL companies, Group companies, and external clients.
  • Build effective client relationships and carry out client visits and formal presentations.

Your Qualifications:

  • Degree calibre or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Marine Mammal Mitigation and noise monitoring.
  • Experience in a similar or related role, including team-based leadership.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft programs.
  • Ability to lead and deliver projects in all key business areas from implementation to completion.
