About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the lodge, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring that all facilities and services are provided to a high standard.
  • Provide a first-class service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate activities and events for residents, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.
  • Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard and within budget.
  • Conduct health and safety checks, ensuring that the lodge is a safe and secure environment for residents.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols, with the ability to conduct regular checks and audits.
