About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resident engagement.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to residents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, with experience in a similar role or industry.
