Care Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Care UK. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise your shift, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Administer and record medication, maintaining accurate records and adhering to protocols.
  • Conduct risk assessments, identifying potential hazards and implementing measures to mitigate them.
  • Work closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Contribute to the development of services, working closely with the leadership team to drive improvement and excellence.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organizational and IT skills, with the ability to allocate and delegate work effectively.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience, with a track record of success.
  • A good understanding of care planning processes and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Experience in administering medication or a willingness to undertake training.
