We are seeking a passionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Team Leader. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the best care plans are created and delivered for our residents.

The Role
  • Lead and supervise your shift to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Administer and record medication accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Work closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs and promote independence
  • Contribute to the development of services by working with the leadership team
  • Provide a professional and inclusive approach at all times

About You
  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise others
  • Good understanding of care planning processes
  • Experience in administering medication or willingness to undertake training
  • A natural ability to help make a positive impact on residents' lives
