About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Bank Lead to join our team at Care UK. As a Bank Lead, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that residents receive the highest quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and supervising your shift to ensure the smooth delivery of care services
  • Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure the best care plans are created and delivered
  • Administering and recording medication, as well as carrying out risk assessments
  • Working closely with the leadership team to develop services and improve resident outcomes
  • Providing a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times

About You

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise others
  • Good understanding of care planning processes
  • Experience in or willingness to undertake training on administering medication
  • A natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling
