We are seeking an experienced Office Support Professional to join our client on a temporary ongoing basis in Dorchester.

This is a term time only position, working 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday with regular breaks and school holidays off.

As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for welcoming them in a warm and professional manner, answering incoming calls, and providing administrative support to the team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an administrative post within the last 3 months, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to customer service.

You will also be required to set up meeting rooms, provide tea/coffee refreshments, and maintain diaries.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to use a full range of Microsoft applications including Excel

We require a CV showing previous reception/administrative roles, a passport or birth certificate with National Insurance proof, and the ability to hold a DBS or be willing to undertake one.

The salary for this position is £12.45 per hour, paid weekly.
