Tax Partner Designate Position

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide reliable advice and technical expertise to clients.
- Develop enduring client relationships and act as the primary senior advisor.
- Supervise the tax team to ensure adherence to expectations, deadlines, and budgets.
- Exhibit effective people management skills by handling workflow and mentoring junior staff.
- Convey complex technical information in a clear manner.
- Collaborate closely with Partners on intricate tax planning and advisory tasks.
- Identify efficiencies, propose new processes for workflow enhancement, and contribute to the strategic direction of the tax department by identifying new business opportunities.
