Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of tax accountants and manage the delivery of the tax function
  • Oversee workflow, deadlines, and budgets
  • Be a key decision maker in the strategic direction of the tax function
  • Represent the firm at networking opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients
  • Scope new service lines for the existing tax portfolio
  • Provide trusted advisory to high value clients
  • Provide mentorship to junior tax staff
  • Support the department's people management agenda
Requirements:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified, or equivalent
  • CTA qualified with extensive tax experience within practice
  • Previous leadership experience at a high level
  • Commercially minded with an appetite to grow the business
  • Strong leadership and team player skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive
