Emergency Management Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Directorate Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Directorate Management Team in all aspects of operational and strategic management, ensuring the delivery of a safe, effective, and patient-centered service.
Main Responsibilities- Support the Associate Service Group Director/Divisional Manager in planning, communicating, and delivering complex business cases for new or extended clinical services.
- Take a lead on Performance Management, Delivery of Service, and Financial Framework Targets, Communication, and Information Governance for the Division.
- Support the Clinical Director and Divisional Manager in developing a culture that engages consultant medical and other staff in the development and delivery of services.

Requirements- Masters or equivalent experience at a Senior Management level within the NHS.
- Service Improvement qualification (Bronze).
We are looking for a candidate with significant experience in line management of staff, proven success in supporting complex organizational change, and experience in managing performance and ensuring targets and performance indicators are met.
The ideal candidate will have standard keyboard skills and knowledge of all Microsoft packages, as well as the ability to show resilience, adaptability, and a flexible approach.
