About the Role:
  • Work in a 1 to 1 capacity with students who have Education Health and Care Plans
  • Support students with varying levels of disabilities, from minor to more severe
  • Collaborate with existing staff to provide a bespoke experience for each student
  • Contribute to a team that strives to provide catered educational services
Requirements:
  • Available to start immediately or in September 2024
  • Passionate about working with students with Special Needs
  • Strong academic background, ideally degree-educated or 1+ years' experience in an SEN environment
  • Hold a valid DBS
  • Friendly and open-minded
  • Some exposure to Special Needs
