Job Title: Enforcement Support Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Enforcement Support Officer to join our team at Novax Recruitment. As an Enforcement Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective collection of revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage your daily schedule to meet service requirements, including evenings, weekends, and occasional public holidays.
  • Collect revenue in accordance with legislation, internal processes, procedures, and GDPR regulations.
  • Proof and verify daily system documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of systems such as OneStep, AIM portal, and academy.
  • Experience in the debt recovery industry, preferably with knowledge of the Taking Control of Goods Regulations 2014.
  • Excellent call handling skills, including conflict management.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including later shifts up to 7pm.
