Enforcement Support Officer

We are seeking a skilled Enforcement Support Officer to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning their daily schedule of work, ensuring all necessary actions are taken to collect revenue efficiently and effectively, and ensuring debts are collected in accordance with legislation, internal processes, and GDPR regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily work schedule to meet service requirements
- Collect revenue efficiently and effectively, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal processes
- Ensure debts are collected in accordance with legislation, internal processes, and GDPR regulations
- Proof and verify daily system documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with GDPR regulations
Requirements:
- Knowledge of OneStep, AIM portal, and academy systems
- Experience working in debt recovery industry, preferably with knowledge of taking control of goods regulations 2014
- Excellent call handling skills and ability to manage difficult calls and conflicts
- Able to work flexible shift patterns, including evenings and weekends
