About the Role

As a Fragrance Consultant, you'll be responsible for creating unforgettable in-store experiences for our customers. You'll be the face of our brand, showcasing our luxurious scents and products, and providing personalized recommendations to ensure each customer finds the perfect fragrance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for each client
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fragrance trends and product knowledge to offer informed recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting atmosphere
