- Previous experience working with children with Autism or other special educational needs is required.
- A patient, empathetic, and supportive approach to working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or special educational needs are advantageous.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
