Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teachers to identify and address the needs of students with SEN.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons to help students overcome learning barriers.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IEPs to ensure students receive tailored support.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social and emotional well-being.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
