We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Operative to join our team. As a Lead Generation Operative, you will be responsible for generating quality leads through outbound telephone calls, ensuring that specified targets and results are met in terms of quantity and quality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Make outbound telephone calls to target audiences in a professional and polite manner, including cold calling and list cleansing.
- Ensure targets are met and recorded, produce and maintain diaries, and chase for outstanding information from clients.
- Maintain secure, efficient, and accurate filing systems.
- Support inbound commercial sales by generating leads through third-party opportunities.
Requirements:
- Previous sales or customer service experience.
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
