Care Standards Manager Home Care

The role of Quality Manager is pivotal within our client's family-run Home Care company, based in Edinburgh. The organization provides distinguished services to its clients across the city and the Lothian region.
The Position:As a Quality Manager, you will be accountable for maintaining and ensuring high standards across the company. This includes adhering to the SSSC code of practice and conducting regular risk assessments. You will also identify areas for improvement through audits and provide necessary training support.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to maintain high standards
- Suggest improvements to the service based on audit results
- Provide training support to staff where required
- Experience within a Home Care environment
- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a Nursing degree
- Experience in supervision/management of other staff members
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Full and clean driving licence
- A highly competitive salary package (£45,000 - £55,000 per annum) reflective of your experience
- A generous annual leave entitlement
- A negotiable number of hours
- Mileage allowance
