About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager at Jewson.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to progress and develop their career within the Building Merchants industry.

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will be responsible for supporting a team of 5 in branch and working closely with colleagues to provide excellent customer service.

You will be a good listener, able to think critically and proactively seek out solutions that are right for our customers.

Experience within our industry is not essential, as we are committed to providing you with the full tools and support required to carry out your role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the branch
  • Leading and developing a team of up to 5
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Working closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people, has supervisory or leadership experience, and is able to build trust and rapport with colleagues and customers.
