Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Jewson in Leominster. As a key member of our branch management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in leading and developing a team of up to 5 colleagues, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as first line support to the Branch Manager, leading and supporting the team to deliver success and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Develop great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver the best experience possible.
  • Get to know our product lines and services to make the most of all customer interactions.
  • Lead the team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how to keep yourself and others safe at work.
  • Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
