About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Jewson in Leominster. As a key member of our branch management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in leading and developing a team of up to 5 colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as first line support to the Branch Manager to lead and support the team to deliver success and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Develop great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions
  • Get to know our product lines and services to make the most of all customer interactions
  • Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work
  • Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey
