Office Angels is currently recruiting for a Receptionist for our client based in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and forward calls to the appropriate recipients
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Provide general assistance and information to clients and visitors

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A friendly and approachable attitude
