NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Children's Clinical Lead Nurse. This part-time role will involve working 18.75 hours per week, with flexibility to meet the needs of the service.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of working in community settings, hospitals, and multi-agency environments. They will also be familiar with children's healthcare, having worked with families and multidisciplinary teams.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children aged 0-25, transitioning into adulthood.
Main Responsibilities- Provide leadership and support to the Case Manager for the Children's Case Management Service (0-25).
- Maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of the service, aligning with the National Framework for Children and Young People's Continuing Care.
- Adopt a child-centered approach when working with diverse individuals in both community and hospital settings.

Job Requirements- Significant experience in working within a healthcare environment.
- Proven ability to manage caseloads and operate effectively in politically sensitive situations.
- Strong knowledge of project principles, techniques, and tools.
- Able to prepare concise yet insightful communications for dissemination to senior stakeholders and a broad range of stakeholders.
