Are you a dedicated and ambitious nurse looking for a new challenge? We are currently recruiting for a Critical Care Specialist to join our team at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical and managerial leadership to nursing and support staff, working closely with the department senior sister/matron to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate services. Your expertise and experience will be essential in ensuring the smooth running of the department, particularly during peak periods.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Band 5 within an Emergency Department, with a strong background in critical care and leadership skills. You will also have a solid understanding of the importance of effective communication, teamwork, and continuous professional development.

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £43,041 per annum, based on a 37-hour week, plus benefits and opportunities for further education and training.
